The TA4ID consulting team is a group of passionate international development professionals on a mission to improve lives.

We provide purpose-driven organizations with the insights they need to understand their environment and their customers better... and, in turn, design more impactful programs.

We work across various system levels to ensure the projects we support significantly impact people's lives. How? By harnessing market dynamics, by changing behaviors, by pinpointing and addressing conflicts that arise from the differing logics of system actors, or by evaluating organizational and program effectiveness. We tackle a wide range of topics, including public health, the environment, gender, and urban sanitation. Our team has the skills to collect and analyze any type of data and use it to design cutting-edge programs that resonate with your customers.

Founder and Managing Director

Olivier Letouzé

A marketer and a social anthropologist, Olivier started his career as a qualitative researcher, advising major consumer brands on marketing strategy and communications. He has worked in international development for over 20 years and founded TA4ID consulting in January 2022.

From his beautiful homeland of Madagascar, Sitraka brings considerable research, monitoring & evaluation and data use for decision-making experience. He specializes in quantitative data collection and analysis and has led numerous large-scale surveys.

Marion Biremon

A journalism and international security graduate from Sciences Po Paris, Marion has a decade of experience in international development organizations, mainly in Kyrgyzstan. Marion is a skilled communicator who knows how to write compelling and captivating stories .

PUBLIC HEALTH

TA4ID offers two decades of experience in public health programs, including family planning, HIV, malaria, maternal and child health, TB, as well as cross-cutting topics such as community health and health systems strengthening.

ENVIRONMENT

Building on its experience in public health, TA4ID consulting is working on environment programs such as reducing single use plastics pollution in South-East Asia or behavior change for improved waste management in Central Asia.
